These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ONALA: Daily Lifestyle Planner mobile application ("the App").

By downloading or using ONALA: Daily Lifestyle Planner, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App.

1. Overview of the Service

ONALA: Daily Lifestyle Planner is a personal, offline productivity application designed to help users plan schedules, track habits, write journal entries, and organize daily routines.

ONALA: Daily Lifestyle Planner is offered as:

  • A free plan with essential features

  • Premium plans (ONALA Pro) that unlock additional tools, widgets, and advanced functionality

These Terms describe your rights and responsibilities when using the App.

2. Free Plan

Users of the free tier may access:

  • A daily planner

  • Up to 3 tracked habits

  • One journal entry per day

Additional features may require a premium subscription or one-time purchase.

3. Premium Features (ONALA Pro)

Users may upgrade to ONALA Pro, which unlocks:

  • Unlimited planning

  • Unlimited habit tracking

  • Unlimited journaling

  • Home & Lock Screen widgets

  • Backup/export tools

  • Additional premium features released in the future

ONALA Pro is available through:

  • Monthly subscription – $4.99

  • Yearly subscription – $29.99 (discounted)

  • Lifetime one-time purchase – $59.99

Prices may vary by region based on Apple's App Store pricing structure.

4. Billing & Subscriptions

All payments are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system.

We do not process, store, or have access to your payment information.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

  • Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the billing period ends

  • Apple may bill your Apple ID for the renewal amount

  • Subscription settings and cancellation are managed exclusively through Apple

Your purchase is a contract between you and Apple, not with ONALA House LLC directly.

5. Canceling a Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.

To cancel:

  1. Open Settings on your device

  2. Tap your name

  3. Tap Subscriptions

  4. Select ONALA: Daily Lifestyle Planner

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Deleting the ONALA: Daily Lifestyle Planner app does not cancel your subscription.

6. Refunds

ONALA House LLC cannot issue refunds.

Refunds for subscriptions or lifetime purchases are handled exclusively by Apple.

7. Lifetime Purchase Terms

The ONALA Lifetime Access purchase is a one-time, non-renewing fee that unlocks ONALA Pro features.

Lifetime access includes:

  • All ONALA Pro features available at the time of purchase

  • Future improvements to ONALA Pro features

We reserve the right to introduce new, separate add-on services or products that may require additional payment.

8. Data Storage & Privacy

ONALA: Daily Lifestyle Planner is an offline app.

We do not:

  • Collect user data

  • Store data on external servers

  • Synchronize data across devices

All planner entries, habits, journal content, preferences, and settings are stored locally on your device only.

9. User Responsibilities

By using ONALA: Daily Lifestyle Planner, you agree:

  • Not to misuse, copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App

  • Not to exploit or modify any part of the App's code, design, or functionality

  • To comply with applicable local laws

  • To maintain the security of your device and backups

If you choose to export data (when available), you are solely responsible for safeguarding exported files.

10. Intellectual Property

All features, designs, trademarks, logos, text, images, and user interface elements in ONALA: Daily Lifestyle Planner are the intellectual property of ONALA House LLC, protected under applicable laws.

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute the App or its materials without written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

ONALA: Daily Lifestyle Planner is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee:

  • Error-free or uninterrupted operation

  • Compatibility with all devices

  • Prevention of data loss

  • Recovery of deleted or damaged data

Your use of ONALA: Daily Lifestyle Planner is solely at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • ONALA House LLC is not responsible for damages, loss of data, device malfunctions, or any issues arising from your use of the App

  • We are not liable for failures caused by user error, system issues, or third-party services (including Apple)

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

13. Modifications to the App or Terms

We may update ONALA: Daily Lifestyle Planner or modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the App after updates indicates that you accept the revised Terms.

If material changes occur, we may notify users through the App or our website.
