Agreement to Terms
Welcome to ONALA: Expense & Budget Tracker ("ONALA," "the App," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ONALA House LLC governing your access to and use of the ONALA mobile application.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using ONALA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.

Eligibility
To use ONALA, you must:
Be at least 4 years of age
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws
Provide accurate and complete registration information
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Account Registration
Creating an Account
To access certain features of ONALA, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Keep your password secure and confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ONALA House LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
Description of Service
ONALA is a personal finance management application that allows users to:
Track income and expenses
Create and manage budgets
Set and monitor financial goals
Categorize transactions
Manage multiple accounts
View financial insights and reports
Export financial data
The App is designed for personal financial management purposes only and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Subscription Plans and Pricing
Free Trial
ONALA offers a 7-day free trial for new users. During the trial period, you have full access to all App features. The trial begins when you first subscribe to a paid plan.
Subscription Options
After the free trial, you may choose from the following subscription plans:
Monthly: $5.99 USD — Billed monthly Yearly: $59.99 USD — Billed annually Lifetime: $99.99 USD — One-time payment
All subscription tiers provide identical access to all App features with no feature restrictions.
Subscription Terms
Auto-Renewal: Monthly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.
Taxes: Prices may be subject to applicable taxes based on your location.
Cancellation Policy
Monthly/Yearly Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period.
Lifetime Subscription: Lifetime purchases are non-recurring and do not require cancellation.
No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods.
Refund Policy
Refund requests are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) according to their respective refund policies:

ONALA House LLC does not directly process refunds. All refund requests must be submitted through the respective app store.
User Conduct
Acceptable Use
You agree to use ONALA only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
Violate Laws: Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations
Harmful Activities: Use the App to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
Interfere with Service: Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the App's systems or security
Reverse Engineer: Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
Unauthorized Access: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the App
Data Mining: Use any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "scrapers," to access the App
Misrepresentation: Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Harmful Content: Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
Spam: Use the App to send unsolicited communications
Intellectual Property: Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or those of others
Consequences of Violation
Violation of these Terms may result in:
Suspension or termination of your account
Loss of access to the App
Legal action where appropriate
User Data and Content
Your Data
You retain ownership of all financial data and content you enter into ONALA ("User Data"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Data solely for the purpose of providing the App's services.
Data Accuracy
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of your User Data. ONALA House LLC does not verify the accuracy of any financial information you enter.
Data Backup
While we implement measures to protect your data, we recommend regularly exporting your financial data. ONALA House LLC is not responsible for any loss of User Data.
Data Deletion
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Intellectual Property
ONALA and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ONALA House LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
This includes but is not limited to:
The ONALA name and logo
App design and user interface
Software code and algorithms
Documentation and marketing materials
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
Download and install the App on your personal device
Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
Access features in accordance with your subscription level
This license does not include the right to:
Modify, copy, or distribute the App
Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization
Remove any proprietary notices from the App
Create derivative works based on the App

ONALA HOUSE LLC IS NOT A FINANCIAL ADVISOR. The App is a tool for personal financial tracking and management only. The App does not provide:
Financial advice
Investment recommendations
Tax advice
Legal advice
Accounting services
You should consult qualified professionals for financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.
"As Is" Service
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
MERCHANTABILITY
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
NON-INFRINGEMENT
ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION
No Guarantee
We do not guarantee that:
The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable
Any errors in the App will be corrected
The App will meet your specific requirements
Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Firebase, app stores). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
Exclusion of Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ONALA HOUSE LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:
Indirect Damages: Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Data Loss: Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses
Service Issues: Any damages resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the App
Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
Any interruption or cessation of the App's services
Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the App
Any errors or omissions in any content
Liability Cap
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Jurisdictional Limitations
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ONALA House LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
Your User Data
Any dispute between you and any third party
Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
Deleting your account through the App settings
Cancelling your subscription through your app store account
Uninstalling the App
Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Breach of these Terms
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Non-payment of subscription fees
Extended periods of inactivity
Request by law enforcement or government agencies
Effects of Termination
Upon termination:
Your right to use the App will immediately cease
Your account and data may be deleted
Any unused subscription period will not be refunded (except as required by law)
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at onala.business@gmail.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Jurisdiction
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Waiver of Class Action
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be notified through:
In-app notification
Email notification (if provided)
Posting the revised Terms in the App
Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the App.
General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us in the App, constitute the entire agreement between you and ONALA House LLC regarding your use of the App.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
